Introdaction

This program is designed for anyone who wants to feel better in their body — whether you feel stiff, sit a lot during the day, train hard, or simply want to move with more ease and control.

Inside, you’ll find structured stretching blocks for different areas of the body: upper body, lower body, hips, back, and full-body routines. Each session is simple to follow and can be used on its own or combined with other blocks to create your personal routine.

You can use stretching at any time of the day — in the morning to wake up your body, during the day to release tension, or in the evening to relax and recover. For the best results, aim to practice regularly, even 10–15 minutes a day can make a big difference. Consistency is more important than intensity.

One of the key elements of this program is breathing. Proper breathing helps your muscles relax, improves your mobility, and allows you to go deeper into each stretch safely. Make sure to watch the breathing video before you start — it will guide you on how to use your breath to support your progress.

Take your time, listen to your body, and enjoy the process of becoming stronger, more flexible, and more connected to your movement.

Upper body stretching

Release tension and restore mobility in your upper body with this simple stretching session.
We focus on the shoulders, chest, neck, and upper back to help you move more freely and feel less stiffness from daily life or training.
In this section, you’ll find two dedicated upper body stretching blocks designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support better posture.

You can use each block separately, depending on your time and needs, or combine them with other sessions to create a longer, full-body routine. Whether you’ve been sitting a lot, training hard, or simply feel stiffness in your shoulders, neck, or back — these blocks will help you move more freely and feel more open in your body.

Stay consistent, breathe deeply, and let your body gradually adapt and improve.

Lower Body Stretching

This section focuses on improving flexibility and mobility in your lower body — including hamstrings, hips, glutes, and quadriceps. Tightness in these areas is very common and can affect your posture, movement, and overall comfort. Through consistent practice, you will release tension, improve range of motion, and move with more ease and control.

Splits Preparation

In this section, we focus on preparing your body for both front and side splits. Through targeted exercises, you will improve flexibility in your hips, hamstrings, and inner thighs, while building the control needed to move safely into deeper positions. With regular practice, you will gradually increase your range and progress toward your splits.
